First when you walk in there you can’t but to notice how clean and well kept this specific store is. I’ve worked in the food industry for 10+ years and never seen anything like it. Secondly, the customer service is exceptional even on busy days when other people would be stressed and on edge these employees are always smiling and seem to have great chemistry with one another. The managers are very efficient and the way they interact with their employees is above and beyond. Next they treat customers like family you don’t feel like two strangers making a business transaction you actually feel the warmth and welcome the moment you step through the door. The food you is very good and always fresh. I hear other complain about waiting for food to cook but honestly I don’t mind for fresh food. My order is always on point with just the right amount sauce.

I ordered 80 bucks worth of food and asked for a couple different sauces to try(small cups) . I told the man thank you , he then called me back to the register and explained I had pay for the samples. It was only like 6 bucks but after paying 80+ it was hard for me to believe. If sause is extra ,why aren't the plain wings discounted? Food was as expected, just thought it was a little over kill.

Very nice dining experience tonight when my wife and I tried several flavors of wing sauces, and also had their fries and drinks. The staff was great, especially Cassandra who took our orders and helped us out. The restaurant was really clean, and the prices were reasonable. We'll be back when we're in the mood for great wings again - thank you!

EVERYTIME I go here EVERYTHING is FRESH….Employees have great customer service and I appreciate it. I love Atomic, Lemon Pepper, Garlic Parmesan etc!!!

Sometimes there's a long wait, but it's worth it because of the quality of the food at this location. I see the employees working hard and treating people with respect when they come in to pick up an order. I've been to other Wingstop locations and didn't have good service, but here the girls up front are very kind and helpful. Definitely recommend ordering here, but sometimes it gets busy and parking is hard to find, but it's ok. Great job Wingstop Springfield!!!

Every time I come in the staff always greets me and makes me feel welcome. I love the wings, voodoo fries, and corn. Currently mexican street spice is my favorite flavor. The store is always clean. I'll be in soon!!! This store is the best hands down!!!
